Physiotherapist-owned physiotherapy clinic management team seeking a friendly, dedicated, outgoing individual who has a passion for client care, in a dynamic work environment.
We currently manage 4 locations across the Ottawa region, Orleans to Stittsville. Our success lies in our expertise, professionalism, and team spirit. Motion Works Physiotherapy is committed to the best partner to our team members & clients.
Our services include: physiotherapy (Orthopedics, Pelvic Floor, Vestibular, Concussion, Clinical Pilates, Craniosacral Therapy, Shockwave Therapy, Motor Vehicle Collision rehab, Paediatrics, and more), massage therapy, registered dietitian, chiropodist/pedorthist (custom orthotics), sports medicine.
Most work would usually completed at central/west clinics (Nepean, Stittsville, Manotick).
Variable schedule, depending on clinic schedules, staff absences, etc; but minimum 20-25 hrs paid work per week.
The desired candidate will possess the following:

- Experience using Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and ClinicMaster software programs an asset.
- Experience working in medical or hospitality industry, an asset.
- Own car - for transportation between clinics.
Client Care Coordinator Responsibilities include:
- Assist with clinic programs: health & safety, inventory, marketing, social media, human resources.
- Client scheduling; processing client payments.
- Phone & email correspondence – with staff and clients.
- Administrative duties: scanning, faxing, photocopying.
- Assist policy and program development for clinic processes (office forms, etc.).
- Minor clinic health & cleaning procedures.
Physiotherapy Aide Responsibilities include:
- As a member of our team, the physiotherapy aide works under the direct supervision of Physiotherapists, to accelerate client recovery. We work together as a team, always representing oneself as part of the company and with a positive attitude.
- Assist the supervising physiotherapist in performing various components of the treatment plans for individuals including but not limited to application of modalities (i.e. heat, ice, ultrasound, TENS), exercise supervision.
- Set up and prepare equipment and clean up after clients' treatments.
- Assist with clinic laundry; inventory; health & safety procedures; and minor administrative tasks.
Expected Salary – 30K to 40K per year depending on experience.
Hours – 20-40 hours weekly (times will vary and may include evening or some weekends) - DEPENDS ON CANDIDATE'S DESIRES TOO, but minimum 20-25 hrs/week.
