We are looking for a staff Pharmacist to join our team and work alongside our team and the rest of the direct providers at the clinic servicing our patients and local community. You will be an integral member of the pharmacy team, as a staff pharmacist you are responsible for managing pharmacy operations.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS RELATED TO THIS POSITION:- As a pharmacist working daily with physicians and their clinic team, you get to practice your clinical and pharmaceutical knowledge

- As a pharmacist, you will assure patient's safety and protect the public
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- You will Practice professional and clinical functions as they relate to patient care while collaborating with other health care professionals to ensure best possible outcomes for the patient
- Provide positive interactions with all patients, physicians and potential customers
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the pharmacy such as filing prescriptions, dispensing, compounding, checking blister packs, inventory management, medication delivery and invoicing
- Delegating and giving direction to all pharmacy staff, with accountability of the operational and financial success of the pharmacy
- Ensure compliance with all provincial and federal regulations and laws. Practicing in accordance to the pharmacy Code of Ethics and adhering to the Standards of Practice as implemented by the Ontario College of Pharmacist
- Seeks out innovative ways to improve business operations and patient services
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:- Bachelors of Pharmacy
- Licensed and in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacist
- Strong people management skills, having the ability to motivate and coach others
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong problem solving and customer service skills
- High attention to detail is essential.
- Proficiency in Kroll Software
