Qualifications:
- Registration with the Ontario College of Pharmacists
- Experience working in a hospital pharmacy setting
- One-year Pharmacy residency program or equivalent an asset
- Familiar with Cerner an asset
- Active member of Canadian Society of Hospital Pharmacists an asset
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently or in a team
- Commitment to Service Excellence
- Advocate for patient safety
- Patient centred
- Must have and provide proof of full COVID-19 immunization
