Your expertise in crafting and executing strategies will enhance and protect dentalcorp's corporate reputation. Reporting directly to the Vice President, Corporate Communications, you will have the opportunity to shape our brand narrative, engage our audience, and reinforce dentalcorp’s leadership position in the dental industry.In this role, you willProvide Strategic Communications:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uncover business goals, aspirations, and opportunities.
- Forge powerful alliances with dental teams, thought leaders, and external partners, building an ecosystem of excellence.
- Employ an array of communication channels and tactics to deliver impactful messages with finesse.
Provide Thought Leadership:- Be the mastermind behind dentalcorp's thought leadership content, sparking conversations and pushing boundaries in the dental industry.
- Cultivate a culture of innovative thinking and collaboration, leveraging subject matter experts to create articles, blog posts, videos, and other multimedia content.
Ensure Brand Consistency and Reputation Management:- Uphold dentalcorp's brand guidelines and ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all communication materials.
- Monitor and manage the organization's reputation by proactively addressing potential communication challenges and mitigating issues.
What we’re looking for- Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in the realm of strategic communications, external communications, or comparable roles.
- A proven track record of crafting and executing communication strategies that captivate audiences and push boundaries.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A strategic mastermind, able to align communication efforts with the company’s vision and goals.
- Experience leading a team of communication professionals, fostering an environment where creativity thrives.
