EMPLOYMENT OPPPORTUNITY:
- NORLON BUILDERS is seeking to hire a Project Manager. We are looking for individuals who have a construction related degree/diploma with a minimum of five years of construction experience and a working knowledge of commercial construction
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide overall project management for projects in value up to $30 million
- Manage costs, schedule, quality, and overall project status
- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with trade contractors, architects, consultants and clients
- Lead and manage project meetings to monitor and support projects
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 5 years commercial construction experience
- Post-Secondary Diploma or Degree related to Construction Management, Engineering or related education
- Excellent computer skills including MS Office suite of products, including MS Project
- Ability to learn and expand knowledge base for greater performance and productivity
- Punctual, meticulous and reliable
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $55,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
