construction project manager

Job Description

Responsibilities

· Determine and define project scope and objectives

· Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner

· Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements

· Track project costs in order to meet budget

· Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan

· Manage field operations and supervise junior project managers

· Draft and maintain standard operating procedures within MS Project or other software tools

· Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress

· Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverable

· Use industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution

· Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed

· Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

· Design and plan the construction of landscapes

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field

· 8-10 years of project management and related experience

· Proven ability to solve problems creatively

· Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices

· Strong familiarity with Building Information Model (BIM)

· Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle

· Excellent analytical and time management skills

· Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful

· More than 5 years of experience using AutoCAD and Sketch-up, Microsoft Office

· Able to edit and use rendering tools such as Photoshop, 3D Max & Corel Draw

· Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline

· Performance management training

· Communications skills, both written and verbal in English and Persian

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
