Amico is looking for a Contracts Assistant in our rapidly growing medical manufacturing company. This position would require you to draft, revise and review contracts. A person with a keen eye, attention to detail, negotiating skills, along with common sense would make you an asset to this position
Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, revise sales and service contracts
- Ability to negotiate terms and conditions
- Coordinate calls/meetings with various stakeholders from across the business to collect and incorporate contract feedback
- Maintain contract templates, approved responses, and standard practices and procedures
- Advise field staff and management of contractual rights and obligations
Qualifications:
- 2+ years’ experience in contracts and requests for proposals
- Negotiating skills
- Ability to evaluate and minimize contract risks
- Exceptional drafting & proof-reading skills, working knowledge of legal terms.
- High level communication skills, able to converse with wide range of people and executive levels.
- Basic construction knowledge would be considered an asset
Additional Information:
- Full time, permanent.
- 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
