Job Description
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a key part in refining AIM's talent acquisition strategy. You will help to refine our full cycle recruitment process while ensuring alignment with business needs and industry best practices. You will partner with various internal clients including hiring managers to provide tailored recruitment to attract top talent for a variety of positions across our growing organization.
This position does support a hybrid work structure with 2 days in the office. The location of this position will be situated out of the Montreal head office location, but we are flexible if the individual would prefer to work out of our Laval office based on where they reside.
What your responsible for:
- Providing full cycle recruitment efforts across our divisions.
- Leading, facilitating and completing all recruitment and selection activities, including sourcing candidates, prescreening interviewing, testing, referencing and negotiating job offers.
- Developing, educating and coaching leaders on best recruitment practices, including interview techniques, appropriate documentation and other assessment tools as required.
- Identifying opportunities to connect with emerging employment markets while championing our company brand to attract qualified candidates.
- Participating in HR project-based initiatives to further promote our employer brand and position AIM as an employer as choice.
Qualifications
To Join our team:
- You have 1-2 years of recruitment experience in manufacturing / operations, managing a minimum of 25 roles
- You have experience in direct approach recruitment.
- Bilingual – both in French and English, written and spoken is a requirement
- You have excellent communication skills; ability to clearly convey messages and openness to exploring different points of views.
- You have good business acumen; you are quick to understand company needs and provide proper solutions.
- You have a proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects detail oriented, and process-driven,
- Experience working with an ATS
