As an HR Advisor, Talent Acquisition (TA), you will be at the forefront of our proactive talent acquisition efforts, supporting the building and execution of our Talent Acquisition strategy.The HR Advisor, TA will partner with HRBPs, and hiring managers to proactively determine resourcing needs and timelines, sourcing and recruitment strategies, and identify target audiences and attraction drivers. Through these partnerships, the Advisor will generate a quality candidate pipeline to support effective and efficient recruitment, reducing time-to-fill and cost-to-fill, through a variety of strategies including overall employer branding and the use of tools and resources such as LinkedIn Recruiter and strategic community partnerships.What you’ll bringCompletion of a post-secondary degree in HR or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.A minimum of two years experience in talent acquisition or full-cycle recruitment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.A minimum of two years experience working in a post-secondary institution and/or public sector organization is preferred.Experience with recruiting technology such as an ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.CPHR designation considered an asset.For more informationFor more information, please see the complete job description.BenefitsAt Capilano University, we understand that there is more to life than work.
