Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. A successful recruiter will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. Our ideal recruiter holds an academic HR background combined with work experience in screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline.

Location: Oakville, Ontario, Canada
Job Duties:
- Perm recruiting or Temp recruiting (depending on skillset & experience)
- Manage a book of business (accounts) with annual revenues between $600K-$1M+
- Perform KPIs and Metrics set out by the leadership team to hit weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue targets
- Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy for your accounts
- Manage & post your active orders across job boards, and manage the performance and spending of those job ads
- Source, screen and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, job boards, and creative methods.
- Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the team on industry trends, client trends, seasonal trends, etc.
- Use creative means, strategies, and campaigns to recruit candidates, build relationships with the end client(s), provide high-level customer service, and gain new business from existing clients
- Build an active pipeline of candidates ready to deploy for the client(s)
- Grow your relationship with your current client list to attain new business order(s) / revenue from your accounts
Requirements:
- Experience as a Recruiter is an asset (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, video interviewing, etc)
- Familiarity with HR databases, Indeed, Tracker, and Salesforce (an asset)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- Work Onsite Mon-Fri 8:30-4:30
