Job Description
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Corporate Recruiter is responsible for executing the full life cycle recruitment process including applicant screening, assessment of candidates, candidate selection and offer process management. You must be resourceful, versatile, care about candidate experience and thrive on getting the right people, in the right job, at the right time.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Full cycle recruitment activities – from sourcing, through candidate engagement, pipelining, interviewing, offers and onboarding
- Work directly with managers and key business stakeholders to quickly fill open positions with great hires
- Assist teams with scheduling and conducting interviews and making high quality hiring decisions
- Represent Cooke and our employment opportunities at job fairs and community events
- Network and partner with schools, apprenticeship/journeyman programs to promote career opportunities
- Coordinate with marketing on social media campaigns to promote jobs
- Reporting and tracking of pipelining and candidate activities
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum three to five years’ experience recruiting in a high-volume fast pace corporate environment
- Strong sourcing skills with the demonstrated ability to use LinkedIn and other sources to find and engage with candidates
- Computer literacy and proficient in MS Suite of products with experience using an industry standard Applicant Tracking System
- Valid passport, driver’s license and reliable transportation required for meetings and events
