Description:
Under the supervision of the Assistant Manager of Human Resources, you will be responsible for leading the entire recruitment process, in order to fill various administrative, project and trades staff positions for our construction sites located in Nunavik. You will work closely with the Deputy Director to design, plan and implement strategic talent acquisition initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire recruitment cycle, such as writing job postings, selecting candidates, pre-selection interviews, planning and carrying out selection interviews, coordinating assessments and tests, writing job offer letters and reference checks;
- Identify challenges and opportunities for improvement in recruitment, and participate in the search for innovative solutions in order to improve the recruitment process;
- Promote the FCNQ Construction employer brand on social media and act as an ambassador during recruitment events such as university fairs and job fairs;
- Establish, develop and maintain a network of contacts on social media, with professional orders, as well as with various organizations to facilitate the identification, solicitation and creation of networks of qualified candidates;
- Collaborate with educational establishments (CEGEPs, universities) for the recruitment of interns;
- Participate in the updating and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPI) in recruitment and make recommendations based on market trends;
- Coordinate the welcoming and integration process for new employees;
- Perform other related duties.
Requirements:
- Diploma in human resources or industrial relations or in a related field;
- More than 5 years of experience in talent acquisition;
- French and English bilingualism (oral and written);
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Sense of discretion, diplomacy and courtesy;
- Demonstrate good judgment and a strong sense of ethics.
