JOB POSTING
We are hiring a Marketing and CRM Assistant to join our team in Toronto. In this role, you will contribute to the overall marketing efforts, ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of various digital channels, while also assisting in the smooth operation of marketing logistics and administrative tasks. Your Responsabilities:
A: Marketing assistant
- Collaborating with graphic designers or agencies to develop marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, advertisements, and newsletters.
- Assist in updating and maintaining product catalogues, ensuring accuracy and relevance of information.
- Monitor inventory stock levels of promotional materials and coordinate with suppliers to replenish stock as needed.
- Coordinate logistics for trade show participation
- Administrative support: Providing general administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, and maintaining databases.
B: Digital Marketing
- Collaborate with the marketing manager to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, and SEO.
- Website maintenance: Assisting in the maintenance and updates of the company's website, ensuring content accuracy, and optimizing user experience.
- CRM administration tasks.
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles
- Demonstrated willingness to learn about our products, industry, and target market.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various digital channels.
- Experience or familiarity with CRM systems.
- Bilingual (English/French) is an asset.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
