The successful candidate will be:

The ideal candidate will have:
- A strong understanding of after sales customer support, service & warranty processes and strata managed buildings in a residential context
- Strong technical skills to leverage and continuously improve company systems and processes for efficiency, effectiveness and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, with clear and concise delivery and follow up of important details and the ability to manage expectations
- An ability to provide strong procedural support with professionalism, high standards of accuracy, timeliness and confidentiality
- A proficiency in MS Office 365 (Word/Excel/Powerpoint/Teams/Etc) - previous experience with Procore and Bluebeam Studio considered an asset
