Sales and Marketing Team opportunity:
- Travel across different locations in Toronto and Ontario with a company-provided vehicle.
- Communicate the value of safety and security to customers.
- Review customer requirements and provide consultative solutions.
- Advise and recommend home automation and protection needs.
- Stay knowledgeable about products and services.
- Identify customer needs and execute effective strategies.
- Build positive relationships with colleagues.
- Offer Alarmguard against potential competitors.
Compensation
- Initially compensation will be based on performance in the Field and determined by the number of sales closed by your Team Leader.
- After your first 15 sales within 30 - 90 days time period, you will be eligible for BONUSES and the positions of Field Manager (no driver's license needed) or Manager (G2/G driver's license preferred): Yearly package ranging between $50k-$60k /year (base pay + commissions) once you are promoted to these roles
Requirements during training:
- Available Monday to Friday from 1:00 PM-9:00 PM.(Full Time Position)
- Willing to travel in a company vehicle.
- Goal-oriented with excellent communication and people skills.
- Fast learner and open to meeting new people.
- Background check required.
