Job title Customer Service Representative
Reports To Branch Manager
Job purpose
- Provide product/service information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Duties and responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
- Identify and assess customer’s needs and achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers’ accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Help support solutions provided by manager regarding customer complaints.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers.
- Common Product knowledge
- Processing orders, purchases, returns and other admin duties to support store manager.
- Complete deliveries for customers as needed
- Support managers by accepting and counting shipments.
Qualifications
- Full G License, 3 years driving experience
- Strong phone skills
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of people.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Organizational skills to manage all customer needs.
Working conditions
- Driving vehicle on daily basis.
- Working outdoors while loading and unloading
- Exposed to contaminants such as exhaust and paint fumes
- Sometimes deal with sound or noise levels that are distracting or uncomfortable
Physical requirements
- Lifting and loading deliveries up to 50 lbs.
- Carrying products in and out of shops
- Standing for long periods of time
- Using muscles to lift, push, or carry heavy objects
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
