A good MSR is welcoming and dependable with strong communication skills. You're on the front line, making a difference every day - whether you're processing routine transactions or making suggestions and referrals for financial products and services. As a MSR II you will provide a variety of services related to the promotion and sales of cash and non-cash financial services, solutions and alternatives such as opening up memberships and deposit accounts, including terms, RRSP's and TFSA's.
A Grade 12 education is the minimum requirement for this position, but you'll have a leg up if you have post-secondary education. Experience in sales, customer service or a related field is required. Work is located in a normal office environment, with typical demands including computer use and keyboarding; light physical exertion including lifting; sitting and standing for long periods of time.
