Job Description
We are a 3rd-party transportation and logistics company looking to grow our sales team. Offering an inside sales and customer service position. Tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Follow up with idle customer accounts.
- Call and email leads from an existing client database.
- Nurture leads and maintain a sales account.
- Creating and managing lead reports.
- Achieve and consistently exceed sales goals.
- Assess and resolve customer concerns. Offer solutions to help grow active accounts.
Requirements
- Bilingualism: French & English.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- MUST LIVE ON THE SOUTH SHORE OF MTL.
- IN-OFFICE, NO WORK FROM HOME.
- Monday to Friday 8:00-17:00, FULL TIME PERMANENT!
Practical skills
- Experience in transport-related industry.
- Knowledge of North American geography.
