We are seeking an outgoing and reliable Customer Experience Representative to assist in our Toronto office. This role is responsible for ensuring that everything in our office is running smoothly, our clients are happy, and we’re growing the business!

Here’s what the role is like:
Job Responsibilities:
- Acting as a first point of contact for visitors to our facility
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Taking orders by phone and email, contacting customers as needed
- Managing delivery scheduling, and utilizing our CRM interface
- Assisting with general office and administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- 1+ year of relevant professional office administration experience, and/or customer service experience, preferably from a product-oriented company
- A mature approach to customer service, detail oriented, strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Expectation to be able to commute to our production facility location in East York
- A sense of humor always appreciated and a good fit for our company culture
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
Salary: $20-22/hour
