Jack Carter Chevrolet has an opportunity for a Service Appointment Coordinator / Junior Service Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be a personable team player who has experience working in a Service department and a genuine interest in helping Customers. Duties involve working with Customers 'face to face' and by telephone and email. Writing appointments and learning to write repair orders will help build knowledge and experience to make progress in your career at Carter Cadillac. Cash reconciliation and other duties are also facets of this position. On the job training and other training courses are available.
