Mothers Choice Products is looking for a Customer Service Representative (French Speaking) to join our growing team!

About the Position
Under the supervision of the Office Manager, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing customers with product and service information, processing customer orders and resolving any product and/or service problems.
A Day in the Life
· Communicating with customers via telephone and e-mail
· Dealing with product or service problems and finding a solution
· Communicating with Territory Sales Managers on customer orders and inquiries, product availability and new account referrals
· Receiving and processing product orders
· Processing credit card transactions and completing invoicing tasks.
· Troubleshooting product issues (including defective products and warranty issues)
· Filing of paperwork
· Updating and maintaining Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) database
· Tracking of customer packages by liaising appropriate courier company
Your Qualifications
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and French is extremely important in this role as you will be in communication with customers across Canada.
· 1-2 + years customer service experience.
· Strategic thinker with experience using MS Office and Sage an asset.
· A positive and professional demeanour with the ability to effectively liaise with all members of the Mothers Choice Products team.
· Ability to think creatively and solve problems with a high level of personal integrity.
· Committed to providing superior customer service.
· Excellent time management, follow up, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
