We're looking for passionate people who enjoy working with technology to join the friendly Mobility Loyalty team of Nordia Saint John. As a customer service representative, you will interact daily with the clients of Canada's largest telecommunications company. What we offer:
Competitive base salary of $18.75/hour after training (includes a $3.25/hour premium on worked hours);- Performance-based incentive;
- Weekend premium
- Fully paid training and all the support you need to succeed;
- Ability to work in the following time-slots:
- Monday to Friday: 7:00 am till midnight; EST
- Saturday and Sunday: 8:00 am till 9:00 pm. EST
- Complete benefits plan after six months of service, including:

- This position offers the possibility to work from home, but you can also work on-site according to your preference.
- Eligibility criteria:
- Must reside with the hiring location.
- Must have a minimum of 25 MBPS high speed internet;
- Must have a secure space and not be disturbed during your shift.
Responsibilities:- Assist clients regarding their mobility products;
- Take pride in creating a fantastic customer experience by ensuring that customer needs and expectations are satisfied on every call;
- Be friendly and empathetic: a good listener who can establish a relationship of trust with customers.
Qualifications:
Excellent oral and written communication skills.- High school diploma or the equivalent, completed;
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales environment;.Tech-savviness - You're passionate about technology, and you enjoy talking about it;
Training start date: August 21st
