Customer Service/Purchasing Assistant:
Visuascan is looking for talent wishing to join a dynamic team to participate in the growth of the company on the market.
The ideal person will be able to perform the following tasks:
- First telephone/email contact for requests from customers, suppliers, and the sales team.
- Place purchases with our various suppliers.
- Communicate, manage, and relaunch various suppliers about prices, price fluctuations, delivery date, follow-up, and relaunch of pending purchases.
- Enter orders and confirm customers.
- Manages and modifies minimum supply quantities as needed.
- Take care of create new products in our ERP system.
- The contact person for returns of miscellaneous goods.
- As well as any other related tasks.
Language spoken, written: French/English perfect:- The person sought has 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service and supplier purchasing.
- Ability to speak on the phone in both languages.
- Computer knowledge and speed.
