PRAISE ENDURANCE is a Montreal based Running brand that breathes inclusivity, creativity, and passion.
We are currently looking for a sport and tech savvy Customer Service Associate (1-3 years) to join the PRAISETeam. You will use your skills to make our customers’ experience with the brand seamless. As part of a small company, your work will be key in the ongoing development of PRAISE mission through and through.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Offer courteous, professional and personalized service to our clientele by communicating with them via chat, email, telephone, and in-person
· Assist and advise our customers on the products sold on PRAISE EDURANCE according to their needs
· Assist customers in their online and in-person experience by offering style advice and product recommendations
· Stay up to date on PRAISE products, policies, and processes
· Be the customer’s voice internally when sharing feedback and collaborating with our product design, tech, and operations teams
· Online order verification, fulfilment, cancellations, processing returns & credits
· Picking and packing order for wholesale and ecomm
· Monitor open orders to ensure proper fulfillment and facilitate timely order processing
· Credit processing
· Monitoring and tracking of shipments
· Oversee inventory and keep ecomm store and ATS up to date
· Be a contributing member of our dynamic Member Services team’s shared goals, and strive for continuous improvement
· Complete various customer service-related tasks and duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
· High EQ. You are a good listener, self-aware, receptive to feedback, anticipator of customer’s needs
· Understanding of the active market to think quickly and offer product suggestions (runner big plus+)
· Ease to develop a relationship with all kinds of people
· 1 - 3 years experience in similar role
· Strong written and spoken skills - French & English
· Able to complete tasks independently
· Excellent organizational skills
· Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously
· Able to stay calm in stressful situations;
· Motivation to advance in your career (big plus+)
· Keen interest in fashion and outdoor products
