SUMMARY
The Customer Service Representative is primarily responsible for inbound calls to process orders, supporting the fulfillment teams on completing orders for delivery and assisting Outside Sales reps with reports, orders, and other tasks. You are great at data entry and are passionate about providing excellent customer service. You are also a team player, partnering with Outside Sales to resolve customer issues as well as working with your peers to deliver on our customer service metrics.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accurately inputting, processing, and handling inbound customer orders by phone, fax and email
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
- Answer questions from fulfillment teams (Warehouse, Shipping, Delivery Drivers) as required to ensure customer gets what they asked for
- Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
- Partner with your Outside Sales Representative to resolve customer issues
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in customer service or call centre is a plus
- Baking or food experience is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively

Salary: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
