Customer Service Representative
We are searching for an outgoing person to join our team! TranSign is the only Ministry approved traffic sign shop on the Island, and we also manufacture and sell many other types of indoor and outdoor signage, vehicle decals, and safety equipment. Previous sign, flagging or traffic-related experience is an asset, but if you are willing to learn, and have a great personality and good organizational skills, we are happy to train the right person.
Key Responsibilities
- Exceed the needs of all customers by delivering excellent customer service
- Interact with customers daily, promptly responding to all inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner
- Process customer orders via telephone, in-person and e-mail
- Resolve and follow-up with any customer issues that may arise in a professional, positive way
- Work closely with the team to ensure customer needs are met in a timely manner
- Maintain customer records and update account information as needed
- Work successfully independently as well as part of a team
- Additional tasks as needed
Ideal Experience
- 1+ years’ experience in an office environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel and Word
- Quickbooks familiarity
- Ability to prioritize tasks and have a good attention to detail
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good time management
- Willingness to learn new things
Hours are 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday, no weekends, no evenings, no statutory holidays.

Salary: $19.50-$21.00 per hour
