We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Toyota Service Advisor.
Job Description: As a Toyota Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and support in our service department. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally. Your role will involve assessing customer concerns, handling service appointments, coordinating vehicle repairs, and communicating recommendations to customers regarding maintenance and repair services for their Toyota vehicles.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and establish rapport to understand their service needs
- Communicate with customers regarding vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups
- Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and document customer concerns accurately
- Communicate recommended maintenance and repair services to customers, including costs and timeframes
- Collaborate with service technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and efficient repairs.
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding the status of their vehicles
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Upsell additional services and products based on customer needs
- Ensure the service department meets or exceeds customer satisfaction goals
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or a similar customer service role within an automotive dealership is preferred.
- Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid BC driver's license and clean driving abstract with no "L" restrictions.
- Strong Team Player.
