Radius Security is an end-to-end security provider. Radius designs, installs, monitors, and services customers’ security systems in many high risk and high need applications. Our monitoring station is in our head office in Richmond, BC and enjoys some of the highest success rates in the industry. Radius partners with Police Liaisons to ensure strong relationships continue with our responding authorities.
THE PURPOSE:
As the heart and soul of the branch, the Installation and Service Administrative Assistant will be responsible for encouraging an environment that aligns with our fundamental DNA culture. Sales and technicians will depend upon the Installation and Service Administrative Assistant to maintain a safe and comfortable place to start the day, engage with clients, and collaborate on solutions.
The core responsibilities of the Installation and Service Administrative Assistant will revolve around the coordination of installation and service for our Radius Security product lines including RedHanded, Stool Pigeon and other security applications.
Core Tasks:
Sales Interactions:
- Enter approved sales contracts into ERP system
- Ensure rep and client are kept informed through the deployment process
- Preparing add-on quotes or change orders on behalf of sales
Project Manager Interactions:
- Work closely with Project Manager to map out project timelines
- Receive guidance from Project Manager regarding site readiness criteria
Technician Interactions:
- Manage scheduling board for technicians
- Review timecards to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Supporting and directing subcontractors and remote technicians in consultation with the Project Manager
- Supporting technicians with shipping and delivery coordination
Customer Interactions:
- Provide customer service that consistently WOW the customer
- Ensure customer timelines are adhered to
- Respond to and coordinate customer service requests
Other Department Interactions:
- Finance – billing
- Parts – ordering
- General administrative duties as required
Company Compliance:
- Align with the DNA which makes up the cultural fit at Radius Security
- Responsible to comply with all company policies and procedures, and to request clarification when unsure.
- Ensure safety procedures take priority both personally and with others.
Expansion Branch:
- Reviewing and ordering of office supplies
- Arranging couriers and shipments
- Scheduling Vehicle maintenance inspections and certifications
- Completing and submitting warehouse inventory counts, along with technicians

- Scheduling service jobs
Knowledge:
- Knowledge of software platforms is an asset; however full training is supplied:
