Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Data Entry Clerk on a temporary basis for our Retail Accounting team (term up to 5 months). This role is an opportunity to contribute to an exciting venture for our organization by helping to ensure a seamless transition of information to our new accounting system. This position is a hybrid opportunity based in Saskatoon, SK. Members of this team are currently coming into the office one day a week.
What you’ll do:
- Key fixed asset data.
- Transfer information from a variety of source documents into a format our accounting system can read.
- Identify and escalate data issues to Accounting Analysts.
- Other duties as assigned.
Who you’ll work with:
You will report to the Senior Retail Accounting Manager, working closely with two other Data Entry Clerks and a team of Accounting Analysts. This inclusive and welcoming group leans on each other to accomplish tasks, taking pride in the quality of their work.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Administration and:
- Have a minimum of 9 months of data entry experience.
- Have a high school education or equivalent.
