J.B. Aluminum Products Limited is an aluminum frame and window company looking for a responsible delivery and pickup driver to join our team. You will be responsible for picking up and dropping off aluminum frames and windows from our warehouse throughout the GTA and surrounding cities. Our ideal candidate is a responsible, hardworking individual who is organized and has the ability to prioritize tasks. This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will be paid for by the company.
Minimum
- Class G License
- 5 years driving experience preferred
- 1-2 years of commercial driving preferred
Responsibilities
- Driving a small truck, pick-up trucks with a trailer
- Inspect the delivery vehicle prior to driving
- Drive to the job site and deliver the items to our company's installers
- Pickup at local vendors - including loading up doors and small quantity of glass
- Comply with all traffic laws and maintain a good reputation in the community
- Handle all aspects of the delivery (i.e., route planning, checking traffic conditions)
- Some lifting involved
- Committed to safety
