The Senior Manager Solution Delivery is key to the strategic design and delivery of services to business colleagues and their staff. This role focuses on supervision and staff development and is responsible for developing highly specialized technical competencies relating to technology, technique, methods, products or application areas. Leadership expectations include cross-IT process development/collaboration, facilitation of customer project prioritization, and effective management and implementation of complex initiatives. The Senior Manager provides direct management of a diverse team that has complex technical responsibilities.
Collaborate with the Partners in Privacy Program (P3) project management team members and other projects/intiatives to ensure project definition and planning activities are to the satisfaction of all project stakeholders.
Lead the implementation of an enterprise privacy tool (OneTrust) as well as the development and implementation of the enterprise consent management service.
For external vendor hardware and/or software solution purchases, conduct sufficient research of multiple competing vendors with solutions that meet the needs of the business partner, comply with internal technology standards, and work closely with procurement to negotiate an appropriate contract in a competitive environment.
Oversee and manage vendor relationships and business relationships
For technology upgrades including new applications and vendor solutions, responsible for planning, requirements, design, development, testing and deployment preparation to ensure a quality solution is provided that meets the needs of the business partner.
Manage support service levels by leading the resolution of significant system and application failures which could diminish business ability.
Partner closely with other application/infrastructure teams as applicable to ensure that the appropriate run time environment, monitoring, and support capabilities are in place to meet the requirements specified by the business.
Recruit and select staff to replace existing or fill new roles within the team by participating in workforce and succession planning, developing role descriptions, and posting and interviewing.
Identify technical opportunities to improve processes, procedures, delivery, maintainability, and usability.
Develop operational plans, identifying priorities, scope of activities, resource availability and current initiatives to maximize resource utilization and results.

You foster innovation and continuous improvement with a focus on client experience.
You facilitate the adoption of change and create a high-performance culture through alignment of your team’s work with organizational goals.

Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science with at least 10 years relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
At least 5 years' experience and demonstrated leadership ability of management skills/knowledge required for analysis, coaching, mentoring, staff direction, planning and service development/support.
Broad understanding of business operations, strategies, and processes to guide the design, development and implementation of technology solutions that support business objectives.
You have experience in integrated solutions delivery approaches that enable technology transformations and solve business problems while perpetually driving efficiencies.
You have a thorough understanding of Agile, having some applied experience is an asset.
You have experience delivering solutions that using microservice/enterprise services
Nice to have: experience with Privacy technology including the OneTrust platform
You will travel occasionally.
