AirAdvisor is a flight compensation company that seeks to provide compensation to clients who have experienced a flight delay, missed a flight due to a delay or some other airline fault, or had a flight cancelled entirely. We require an experienced Digital Marketing Manager person who is looking to work with a growing business and provides leadership to enhance user experience across various marketing channels.
You will be responsible for managing Marketing and SEO activities, market research and more. You should be well-versed in measuring performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). You should also understand how to work with data, review and implement meta-data for our B2B website to optimize page ranking on search engines, as well as inbound marketing.
Requirements:
- BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field;
- Proven experience (5+ years) in Marketing or growth role at an agency or digital consumer brand;
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments;
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends);
- Experience in managing and optimizing paid consumer acquisition campaigns and associated budgets;
- Data-driven, growth-minded marketer who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Expert understating of search engines, performance marketing, outreach strategy, competitor analysis, and best practices for content development;
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns;
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Additional requirements include:
- Ability to setup & manage Adword campaigns;
- Competitor research & strategy;
- Ability to multi-task and collaborate with cross-functional teams;
- Afiliate marketing.
Responsiblilities:
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels;
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience;
- Design, build and maintain our media presence;
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs);
- Assess operational risks and propose technical solutions that will meet service expectations for website and associate tools/platforms;
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests;
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
