What you’ll be doing:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic Advanced Manufacturing team within Gerrie Electric. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in various digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques to create impactful campaigns and optimize our digital presence.
Develop and execute innovative digital marketing strategies to promote our Software as a Service (SaaS) offerings, with a focus on driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
Plan and manage integrated digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media marketing (SMM), email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, target audience preferences, and opportunities for differentiation.
Create compelling and engaging content for digital channels, including website, blog, social media, email newsletters, and other marketing collateral.
Optimize website content and structure for improved search engine visibility, user experience, and conversion rates.
Implement and manage effective SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and performance tracking.
Utilize data analytics and digital marketing tools to track, measure, and report on campaign performance, website traffic, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Automation teams, Gerrie marketing & sales to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives and campaigns.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, search engine algorithms, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Monitor and manage online reputation, including customer reviews, testimonials, and ratings across various platforms
Build and nurture relationships with industry influencers, bloggers, and partners to enhance brand visibility and generate content collaborations.
Collaborate with Sales & Services teams to build Success Stories to market across various channels
Stay informed about regulatory and compliance requirements related to digital marketing, privacy, and data protection.
What you bring to the table:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Relevant certifications in digital marketing are a plus
Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role ideally in the software as a service (SaaS) industry
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, channels, and tools, including SEO, SEM, SMM, email marketing, content marketing, and analytics platforms
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, channels, and tools, including SEO, SEM, SMM, email marketing, content marketing, and analytics platforms
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, email marketing platforms, and content management systems (CMS)
Solid understanding of search engine algorithms, SEO best practices, and website optimization techniques
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and communicate complex concepts effectively
Creative mindset with a keen eye for design, copywriting, and storytelling
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and meet deadlines
Passion for technology, software as a service (SaaS) products, and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements
