Traction is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Instructor to join our team. As an Instructor, you will play a pivotal role in equipping the next generation of digital marketers with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in the rapidly evolving world of online marketing. Through interactive and hands-on educational experiences, you will inspire and guide our students, empowering them to succeed in the dynamic and competitive digital marketing landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Development: Develop and enhance comprehensive, up-to-date curricula for digital marketing courses, incorporating the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices.
- Instructional Delivery: Conduct engaging and practical classes, workshops, and marketing projects to effectively teach various aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, analytics, and more.
- Real-World Projects: Facilitate marketing campaigns and projects that mirror real-world scenarios, allowing students to apply their knowledge and develop hands-on skills.
- Performance Analysis: Teach students how to analyze marketing data, measure campaign performance, and interpret insights to optimize marketing strategies.
- Industry Insights: Stay abreast of digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and changes in search engine algorithms to ensure the curriculum remains current and relevant.
- Collaborative Learning: Foster a collaborative and inclusive learning environment, encouraging students to actively participate and share their ideas and experiences.
- Guest Speakers & Workshops: Organize guest speaker sessions and workshops with industry experts to expose students to diverse perspectives and the latest industry practices.
- Student Support: Provide guidance and mentorship to students through regular office hours, email, and other communication channels, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their learning goals.
- Marketing Career Guidance: Offer advice and support to students on building successful careers in digital marketing, including networking, job search strategies, and interview preparation.
- Curriculum Improvement: Collaborate with other instructors and the curriculum development team to continuously enhance the learning experience and ensure the program's effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Proven professional experience in digital marketing, with a strong track record of successful marketing campaigns and projects.
- Deep understanding of various digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices, including SEO, Google Ads, social media platforms, email marketing platforms, analytics tools, etc.
- Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or instructional design is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex marketing concepts for students.
- Passion for education, digital marketing, and a genuine desire to help others succeed in their marketing careers.
