Job Description
The Digital Marketing Assistant will help manage HSDC’s digital and social media activities for programs and events.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for monitoring and creating content for HSDC’s social media and web pages (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
- Provide assistance in promotional activities for the various events of HSDC
- Performing administrative tasks such as updating databases and spreadsheets
- Create graphics and marketing materials using canva
- Manage social media accounts and create content
Requirements:
- Familiarity with different social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
- Must be able to run campaigns on digital platforms (Facebook ads, Google ads, etc.)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Photo and video editing skills
- Experience with content creation and social media management
- Familiar with SEOs
- Knowledge of latest market trends and social media marketing techniques
- Knowledge of email marketing software like MailChimp, HubSpot, etc
- Familiarity with basic editing software like Canva
Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 4 months
Salary: $18.00 per hour
