The Casino Retention and Product Marketing is responsible for all aspects of our Player Engagement, Retention, Promotions and Product Marketing efforts across our Casino focused proposition for those US and Canadian jurisdictions where we currently have or will have Casino Operations. Ultimately the aim of the team is to make our ventures across the US and Canada the best place for players to play. This role will lead a team of Marketing and Product team members that will support the growth of our Casino Operations, drive our Player and Product Engagement agenda and optimize the returns we see from investing in the Casino vertical.
- Leading a team that is responsible for Player engagement, Promotions, Lifecycle, VIP and Product Operations across our Casino vertical
- Accountability for the Commercial performance of the Casino vertical as an overall contributor to Revenue and Profit goal
- Overseeing budgeting, development, and execution of all Retention campaigns, including site-wide and segmented promotions and accountability for our VIP team and proposition
- Monitoring and Reporting on Campaign performance working to understand promotional impact on customer value across all Lifecycle and Value tiers
- Overseeing, refine and implement the Product strategy for all US and Canada ventures across our iCasino portfolio working closely with our Central Product teams
- Tracking competitor game offerings, USPs, and promotion
- Championing our products, staying on top of industry trends, innovations and regulations
- Understanding the tooling and capabilities available to drive growth for your products including Lobby/Content management, Rewards and Promotions, Machine learning and Analytics
- Amazing people leader, driving high performing teams
- Commercially driven with a good understanding of P&L performance and leavers
- Passionate around Casino category, strong industry experience
- Stakeholder management and relationship management
- Excellent collaborator, with drive to getting things done
- Strong attention to detail
- Deep understanding of igaming products and bonuses (Slots, Live Dealer, Table Games)
- Proven experience working with provider Back Office tools
- Excel Proficiency (Pivot Tables, V-Lookup’s, SUM/Count/Min/Max Functions, sumif/countif)
- Sports Betting and Cross-Sell Knowledge
- DGE License
