Job Description
- 6 years of experience in Management Consulting, Sales or Marketing at an agency, on a customer-side Marketing team, or in a Technology or Media Company.
- 6 years of experience working in Digital Advertising.
- Experience proposing technical solutions to customers or stakeholders.
- Knowledge and understanding of the business and technical constraints.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, solve complex problems and scale effectively across a large organization and highly distributed team.
- Ability to develop internal and external stakeholder networks - navigating Google and client side to build relationships necessary to deliver against strategic plans and projects.
- Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to adapt your message to both technical and business audiences.
- Strong technical project management skills enabling multiple cross-functional teams to deliver against plan.

- Partner with sales and clients to establish a technical plan to accomplish joint business plans and improve the client's digital maturity.
- Be the default trusted technical advisor of customers and internal stakeholders. Propose technical solutions for their business challenges serving as a technical consultant and leader, seen both internally and externally as a collaborative and inclusive thought partner.
- Oversee complex global, multi-product projects acting as the project manager and overseeing deadlines, risks, communication, removing roadblocks amongst other things.
- Lead through informal authority among gTech teams and cross-functional partners, providing consulting services focused on achieving business goals through the use of technology.
- Understand clients and represent gTech in client conversations. Know the clients problems and proactively suggest solutions and services that gTech can offer.
