As an Executive Assistant, you will serve as a right-hand person and strategic ally for a Vice-President in the Personal Banking sector. You will complete various tasks to optimize their time and help their business line meet its objectives.
Your role:
- Proactively manage the Vice-President’s calendars, emails and correspondence, organize meetings, prioritize, delegate and follow up on tasks when necessary.
- Coordinate internal committees/meetings and documentation and follow up on action items.
- Interact with external clients, Bank departments, and internal team members regarding various confidential department files.
- Write, translate and revise internal and external communications.
- Support philanthropic efforts, help with solicitation and follow up on deadlines.
- Coordinate travel/business trips, prepare expense reports.
- Work with the administrative team to improve its operations and draft internal processes and procedures.
- Coordinate activities related to employee hirings and departures (IT requests, HR, etc.).
- Participate in special projects when required.
- Manage the centre’s internal mail.

Prerequisites:
- Completed three-year professional or college diploma, or academic equivalent, in a related field and five years' relevant experience
- Excellent mastery of the Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel) and Power BI
- Ability to adapt quickly, be proactive and have a collaborative approach.
- Good people skills and client-centric
- Organizational skills and ability to take care of urgent situations.
- A self-starter with excellent analytical skills
