Description:
- Answer phones and receive visitors.
- Monitor incoming emails for spam and phishing attempts.
- Act as the gatekeeper for internal and external contacts, including vendors, colleagues, clients and customers.
- Plan and organize travel, including booking hotels and flights and keeping track of company vehicles.
- Plan and organize meetings and corporate events, including booking venues and entertainment and ordering or picking up refreshments and meals.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
- Edit and compose business communications.
- Conduct research and create reports on various topics.
- Keep important information and documents organized physically and electronically.
- Perform clerical duties.
- Maintain supply inventory.
- Perform other tasks as required to efficiently and professionally represent the Executive.
Requirements:

- Must be able to balance many conflicting priorities.

- Must be competent using computer systems and software.
- Standard hours of work will be Monday to Friday, 8 hour days, but must be flexible to meet the needs of the job.
- Some travel will be required, but it is not a regular part of the job.
