Job Description
Goldentrust Capital is looking for an Executive Assistant to join our team. This position requires a solid understanding of legal real estate terminology, a good understanding of real estate in general, procedures, and documentation, along with excellent organizational and communication skills. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for coordinating legal documents, conducting legal research, and ensuring the smooth operation of legal processes.
Responsibilities:
- Legal Documentation: Prepare, review, edit, and format legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, court filings, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to legal standards.
- Legal Research: Conduct legal research using various resources to gather relevant information, statutes, regulations, and case law to support legal matters and assist in preparing legal opinions or briefs.
- Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel logistics, including transportation, accommodation, and itinerary planning, considering the executive's legal commitments and preferences.
- Communication: Serve as a point of contact and facilitate effective communication between the executive and internal/external parties, including clients, attorneys, vendors, and other stakeholders, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications:- Bachelors Degree, or post secondary degree.
- Background as an Executive Assistant within a legal environment or law firm.
- Proven experience with Real Estate, and Real Estate terminology is strongly recommended.
- Strong communication and written skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and proofreading.
