Job Description
We are hiring for an office clerk position. The candidate applying for this position needs to have strong communication skills, high English language proficiency.
JOB DUTIES -
- Communicating with clients and maintaining necessary paperwork.
- Record keeping and managing the existing records.
- Setting up client meetings.
- Attending phone calls and rerouting calls to appropriate agents.
- Answer inquiries about the company.
- Help organize office activities.
- Perform other office duties as assigned.
- Assist in making travel arrangements and booking venues for conferences and events.
- Assist in office management and organization procedures
- Monitor stocks of office supplies (paper clips, stationery, etc.) and report when there are shortages
