We are looking for Business Operations Analyst to support a project for Informatica’s Products Organization and Finance teams. This role will work with the FP&A, Product, and Procurement teams to develop and implement process improvements for the PO management process. This project will involve understanding existing processes, developing improvements, creating documentation for this process, and building out related tracking data sets.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in understanding and mapping of PO management process.
- Development of a one-stop view of vendor spend and metrics for management review and use in decision making.
- Develop repeatable in-depth variance analysis of monthly expense activity.
- Document process improvements. Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or other quantitative fields. Experience Requirements:
- 4+ years of overall work experience in Finance, Accounting, Procurement, or Business Operations.
- Vendor and PO management experience a plus.
- Experience leading cost reduction initiatives is a plus. Skill Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
- Experience with Oracle a plus.
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 10 months
Salary: $30.00-$41.49 per hour
