The Front Desk Coordinator is the first point of contact with our pet parents. The position is to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence to ensure an engaged experience with our parents and help to foster an excellent environment for the dogs in care.

Qualifications:
· Must love dogs
· Ability to be active all day, working cohesively with others in a fun, fast paced environment
· Ability to work approximately 15-30 hours per week, typical shifts include weekdays: either 6:30AM to 12:30PM or 12:30PM to 6:30PM and Saturday: 9AM to 4PM coordinating with other teammates to provide full coverage for our front desk.
· Strong customer service skills (detailed oriented, quick thinker, multi-tasker) and persuasive style
Customer Service and Relationship Management
· Responsible for maintaining an emotional connection with each parent and their pet
· Effectively communicate in a professional manner being fully aware of all services offered
· Work with team to assure our Quality of Care sets the standards for dog care including accurate recording of parent and dog related notes and assisting as necessary with movement of dogs to their appropriate playrooms.
Administrative
· Ability to learn and become proficient with POS software and other technologies to provide operational excellence
· Follow daily schedule of tasks and effectively communicate via telephone, in person or email
· Generate appropriate billing and payment transactions
· Complete all applicable reporting in a timely fashion
· Support sales function as required
Marketing
· Contribute to the setup and presentation of events in the daycare
· Develop and deliver appropriate components of dog programs including pictures, report cards, promotional packages
· Participate as required for the Dogtopia Foundation
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25-30 per week
Salary: From $13.00 per hour
