Revolution Physio Inc. ("RP") is a full-service rehabilitation physiotherapy clinic associated with the medical practices of seven orthopaedic surgeons. We have built a new integrated facility close to North York General Hospital (NYGH) that includes the medical practices of seven orthopaedic surgeons, a physiatrist and 8,000 sq feet of physio clinic space. We have 12 private treatment rooms, 6 semi-private rooms, and abundant open space with equipment. We focus on non-operative, pre- and post-operative rehabilitation. At RP, we aim to provide high-quality, one-on-one, individualized physiotherapy services. We are looking to hire front desk staff to assist with patient booking, registration, and invoicing.
Responisbilities:
- Greeting visitors and accepting deliveries.
- Handling incoming calls and operating a switchboard.
- Maintaining office directories.
- Assisting other administrative staff with overflow work, including word processing, data entry, and research as needed.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
- Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Coordinate and manage projects such as office renovations or equipment upgrades
- File and maintain patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist with proofreading and editing documents as needed
- Provide personal assistant support to the office manager or senior staff members
- Transcribe notes or dictations during meetings or appointments
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, photocopying, and faxing
- Assist with event planning and coordination for office functions or community outreach programs
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a dental or medical office is preferred
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and other office software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and proofreading abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Friendly and professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills

Part-time hours: 25-35 per week
Salary: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
