Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Front Desk Manager with overseeing front desk operations.
- Be knowledgeable and inform guests of hotel services, points of interest in the area, and services in the community
- Respond promptly to guests professionally and courteously.
- Work as part of a team, maintaining open communication with colleagues and hotel staff
Skills:
- Completion of a two-year apprenticeship program, or a college program in a hospitality related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Hotel Front Desk role.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and direct a team.
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
- A commitment to providing great guest service with a smile.
