Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop, design, and implement Tableau dashboards, reports, and data solutions using the Azure data stack
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions that meet their business needs
- Build, optimize and maintain data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Database, and other related Azure services
- Collaborate with data engineers and data scientists to ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner
- Document and maintain technical and user documentation for Tableau dashboards and Azure data solutions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Tableau and Azure technologies and recommend new tools and techniques to improve performance and user experience
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in developing Tableau dashboards and reports
- In-depth knowledge of data warehousing and experience working with Azure data services, such as Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Data Lake Storage
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases
- Experience with ETL processes and data modelling principles
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred qualifications:
- Tableau certification(s)
- Experience with cloud-based data warehousing platforms in Azure and AWS
- Familiarity with machine learning and data science concepts
- Experience with Python or other programming languages
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management tools, such as JIRA
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
Salary: $60.00-$70.00 per hour
