Host Responsibilities:
The primary role of the Host is to create a positive first impression with the guests and assist in maintaining the overall guest flow of the restaurant.
- Must have availability from 7am-4pm, Monday thru Friday and flexability to work one weekend shift if need be
- Greet, seat and interact with Guests
- Enthusiastically answer phonesand take any to- go orders as needed
- Document reservations, and set them up to specifications
- Clear dishes from tables, sanitize effectively, and reset for new Guests
- Roll cutlery
- Maintain cleanliness of dining room and restrooms
- Communicate with all third party delivery drivers to ensure Guests satisfaction
