HR Administrator
AMAX Leather Canada is a supplier of premium leather furniture to the North American Market. We are committed to providing quality products and amazing styles. Our strategic partner in China, who has more than 20 years of experience in the furniture industry, gives us complete control of our supply chain. We have warehouses in the USA & Canada, and with this you can count on Amax to meet every leather upholstery need in a timely fashion.
Our collections are all about great designs, brilliant leather finishes, and quality construction. We use trusted suppliers and premium components. Our team of talented designers are always busy bringing new designs to life, and we always look to exceed our own expectations.
Duties
- Supervising HR personnel
- Supporting employee development
- Enhancing job satisfaction
- Implementing Career Development Path
- Evaluating employee performance
- Designing onboarding procedures
- Implementing HR strategies that support business objectives
- Forecasting staffing needs, mitigating risk, structuring benefit packages
- Maintaining employee records, managing budgets, designing accountability mechanisms, and overseeing overall employment needs
- Planning and implementing policies and procedures
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
- CHRP is an asset
- 6+Years of HR experience
- The ideal candidate for this role should possess a high work ethic
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of labor regulations and HR practices, strategic thinking abilities
- Strong organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal skills
