Job description
ANANA Properties Inc. is a company in search of a new Human Resources Administrator. We are looking for an HR professional to provide support in the areas of recruitment, employee relations, training and development, payroll and compliance. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools like MS Excel and office equipment like computers and printers. Ultimately, the candidate will help our company run smoothly, ensuring that the transition period is as smooth as possible.
Responsibilities
- Recruit employees through job postings and social recruiting
- Help new hires prepare for their first day and orientation with regard to company policies
- Help new employees prepare for their first day and orientation to company policies
- Assist in the recruitment process by networking with potential candidates across different organizations and job posting websites
- Prepare payroll for incoming employees and check out outgoing employees
- Prepare new hire paperwork such as identification card, drug test clearance card etc.
- Prepare new hire training documents such as orientation videos, orientation manuals etc.
- Maintain relations with existing employees by providing them information about job opportunities as well as customer service support and concierge services
- Help existing employees resolve any issues or complaints
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations across the organization
- Keep records of employee performance, conduct or motivation. This includes but not limited to attendance, hours worked etc.
- Keep records of employee training or promotion progress. This includes but not limited to employee files or benefit paperwork.
- Keep records of employee leave decisions or termination. This includes but not limited to pay termination etc.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $51,112.00-$53,997.00 per year
