Your mission:
You will work in collaboration with several departments on national business issues for our Canadian divisions. You will be responsible for identifying relevant performance indicators and providing support to managers in analyzing statistics.
Main responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop HR reports related to recruitment, OHS, turnover rates and any other related topics.
- Develop queries that produce reports to meet the needs of the various sectors
- Design, develop and produce statistical reports in response to requests
- Develop tools and solutions to overcome system limitations
- Ensure data integrity. Develop control and verification mechanisms accordingly. Monitor and investigate data inconsistencies.
- Act as system administrator for various HR systems.
Your profile:
- Advanced mastery of MS Office, PowerBi and other data visualization tools
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in information systems, computer science, business intelligence or other related field
- Knowledge of human resources an asset
- Analytical and investigative skills
- Ability to present complex and multiple data in a simple and concise manner
- Bilingualism in French and English, working with all Canadian regions
- Ability to manage divergent interests and handle many complex variables
